SecureOne Warranty
SecureOne is a vehicle protection and ancillary product program offered by Westlake Financial. It provides extended service contracts and pre-paid maintenance plans designed to cover unexpected repair costs and routine upkeep for eligible vehicles.
Vehicle Protection Coverage Options
SecureOne offers two primary tiers of vehicle service contracts, typically available in either 12-month/12,000-mile or 24-month/24,000-mile terms:
- Powertrain: Covers the core essentials, including the engine group, transmission, transaxle, transfer case, and drive axle group.
- Advantage: Adds coverage for the timing belt, constant-velocity (CV) joints, steering, electrical, seals and gaskets, and air conditioning to the Powertrain tier.
Additional Benefits
Both vehicle protection levels automatically include:
- 24-hour roadside assistance
- Rental car and trip interruption reimbursement
- No additional charge for 4WD/AWD or turbo/supercharger systems
Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan
Alongside vehicle service contracts, SecureOne offers a Pre-Paid Maintenance plan for routine upkeep. This plan can cover oil changes, tire maintenance, and general vehicle health checks, often featuring mobile concierge services that allow for maintenance to be performed directly in your driveway.
Availability of both protection and maintenance plans can vary by state, and specific vehicle exclusions (e.g., high-performance exotics, certain luxury models) apply.
